On most projects we recommend the addition of a
live
jobsite camera. Our clients are able to view live video directly from their
jobsite through their project website. We’ve found the addition of cameras
to be very cost effective by allowing remote jobsite monitoring and
supervision. This saves our clients travel time and give all project members
real time visibility of daily construction.
Cook Concrete has deployed a GPS labor tracking and
reporting system to all its field workers. This system allows Cook's
supervisors and managers to monitor crews locations and retrieve real-time
reports on each deliverable's percentage complete. Our work crews log their
hours, scope and trade daily giving us real-time access to each project's
status.
