- Cook was invited to the preliminary design meeting
regarding value engineering a project that had budget
constraints. With our previous experience, we were able
to recognize structural design and installation
procedures that could remove substantial costs. The
engineer of record was able to review submittal
information provided by Cook and come to the conclusion
these recommendations were equal to or better than the
original design. The owner achieved his goal and
subsequently had the General Contractor send a thank you
for helping make the job happen.
